Allowed
- Honest ratings from real visits.
- Useful notes about matcha, service, wait, seating, price, and place vibe.
- Original photos you are allowed to share.
- Accurate place details and corrections.
Not allowed
- Harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, spam, or illegal content.
- Fake reviews, review brigading, or misleading promotional posts.
- Private personal information.
- Photos you do not have the right to upload.
- Undisclosed paid, sponsored, or promotional content.
Reports
People can report content that feels unsafe, inaccurate, spammy, or disrespectful. Chasen may hide, remove, restore, or limit content and accounts when needed.
